NOVELTY - Preparation of graphene film involves preparing graphene oxide (GO) slurry, coating the GO slurry on a porous substrate to obtain GO film having a preset thickness, placing the GO film in an oven, drying to an incompletely dry state, punching the incompletely dried GO film, continuously entering the oven to dry the GO film until completely dried to obtain a dried GO punched film, heat-pretreating the dried GO punched film, carbonizing, and high-temperature graphitizing to obtain graphene film having high thermal conductivity. USE - Preparation of graphene film (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method ensures strong operability, easy mass production and low cost. The GO film under the semi-dry state has a certain tensile strength, so the GO film can be provided with self-assembled characteristics while keeping the integrity of the hole structure.
