NOVELTY - Apparatus comprises a substrate loading chamber (11) having a first rotating roll (15) and for loading multiple individual substrates; a roll chamber having a second rotating roll; a reaction chamber which is provided with a deposition region and disposed between the substrate loading chamber and the roll chamber; a conveyor belt extending from the reaction chamber while one side is wound on the first rotating roll and the other side being wound on the second rotating roll; a loading means for supplying the substrates one by one onto the conveyor belt in the substrate loading chamber; a gas supply line (12) connected to the substrate loading chamber and a gas discharge line connected to the roll chamber; and an adsorbent disposed within the reaction chamber between the deposition region and the roll chamber. USE - The apparatus and method are useful for producing graphene (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The apparatus can produces high quality graphene. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for producing graphene using the above apparatus.
