▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - A graphene oxide foam comprises aggregate comprising graphene oxide provided with cavity. USE - Graphene oxide foam is used in manufacture of graphene oxide/carbon nanotube composite foam and manufacture of graphene aerogel for manufacturing graphene/carbon nanotube composite aerogel (all claimed) used for electrode and capacitor in battery. ADVANTAGE - The graphene oxide foam enables efficient manufacture of graphene oxide/carbon nanotube composite foam and manufacture of graphene aerogel with high yield by simple process in a short period of time. The electrode material obtained using the graphene oxide foam has long life cycle, and high capacity, charge/discharge characteristics, energy density and electric power density. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: (1) manufacture of graphene oxide foam, which involves dissolving graphene oxide in solvent, preparing graphene oxide solution and freeze-drying; (2) manufacture of graphene aerogel, which involves reducing graphene oxide foam at 300-700 degrees C for 1-5 second; (3) manufacture of graphene oxide/carbon nanotube composite foam, which involves dissolving graphene oxide and carbon nanotube in solvent, preparing mixed solution and freeze-drying; and (4) manufacture of graphene/carbon nanotube composite aerogel.
