▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - The method involves depositing loose unbound fibers on a movable surface and graphene and graphene oxide, and binding the loose unbound fibers to form a structure of bound fibers in which the graphene and graphene oxide is incorporated, where the loose unbound fibers are deposited by projecting the loose unbound fibers by pressurized air jets onto a surface fluidically connected to a suction source. The loose unbound fibers and granular superabsorbent polymer are deposited onto the movable surface, where the graphene and graphene oxide is incorporated into the granular superabsorbent polymer. USE - Method for producing discrete non-woven elements for producing absorbent sanitary articles e.g. nappy and nappy-pants for children, incontinence pads for adults, and sanitary towels for women, and for producing face protection masks, e.g. functionalized plasters for dressing wounds and lesions, heating plasters, sanitary bandages or bands, elements for packaging of products, and cleaning surfaces articles such as disposable cloths and napkins. ADVANTAGE - The method enables producing the discrete non-woven elements directly in a production line of absorbent sanitary articles starting from unbound fibers, thus avoiding the need to provide unwinders of raw materials from reels, and allowing different structures to be obtained that are bound in the required way without being restricted to availability of suppliers of raw material in reels. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for an apparatus for producing non-woven elements. DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING(S) - The drawing shows a schematic view of an apparatus for producing discrete non-woven elements. 12Assembly machine 14Fiber deposition unit 16Fiber stock 18Porous conveyor belt 20Upper branch
