NOVELTY - A quartz glass comprises 380-450 pts. wt. quartz sand, 4-6 pts. wt. glass fibers, 18-22 pts. wt. ceramic particles, 10-15 pts. wt. nano slurry, 2-5 pts. wt. zinc sulfate, 3-7 pts. wt. calcium oxide, 2.5-2.8 pts. wt. calcium citrate, 0.1-0.5 pt. wt. calcium silicate, 1.8-2.6 pts. wt. zeolite powder, 6-10 pts. wt. diatomite, 0.003-0.008 pt. wt. cerium chloride and 1.5-1.8 pts. wt. lithium oxide. The nano slurry is prepared by mixing nano alumina and nano graphene in a mass ratio of 5:1.1-1.3, and uniformly dispersing in ethanol solution containing a coupling agent. USE - Quartz glass. ADVANTAGE - The quartz glass has excellent thermal-insulating property.
