NOVELTY - Graphene type inflated low smoke fire-proof paint comprises 200-300 pts. wt. aqueous resin, 150-250 pts. wt. 2-chloroethylphosphonate, 20-30 pts. wt. fluorinated graphene, 10-15 pts. wt. graphene oxide, 20-40 pts. wt. carbon fiber powder, 10-15 pts. wt. melamine borate, 3-5 pts. wt. dipentaerythritol, 1-2 pts. wt. basic copper molybdate, 5-15 pts. wt. perlite, 3-5 pts. wt. octamethylcyclotetrasiloxane, 3-5 pts. wt. alkylphenol ethoxylate, 1-2 pts. wt. foaming agent and 250-400 pts. wt. water. USE - Used as graphene type inflated low smoke fire-proof paint. ADVANTAGE - The paint: improved strength; inhibits the production of volatile degradation products; highly efficient impervious mesh structure, and resists the release of harmful gases from decomposition. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing paint comprising (i) adding fluorinated graphene and graphene oxide into water, ultrasonic treating for 2-3 hours to obtain uniform dispersion of graphene mixture, (ii) adding 2-chloroethylphosphonate, carbon fiber powder, melamine borate, dipentaerythritol, basic copper molybdate, perlite, octamethylcyclotetrasiloxane and alkylphenol ethoxylate into the graphene mixture, dispersing at 1000-2000 revolutions per minute for 1-2 hours, then grinding at 1500 revolutions per minute for 30-60 minutes in a grinder, then adding aqueous resin and foaming agent, stirring the mixture for 30-60 minutes to make the dispersion uniform, and sieving to obtain final product.
