NOVELTY - Modified graphene nano super-hydrophobic coating comprises 30-60 pts. wt. graphene oxide, 10-20 pts. wt. silicon dioxide, 5-15 pts. wt. fluorine-containing silicon double-tail chain composite, 8-18 pts. wt. surfactant, 10-30 pts. wt. super-hydrophobic material, 4-12 pts. wt. emulsifier, 5-17 pts. wt. preservative, 2-10 pts. wt. antifoaming agent, 4-16 pts. wt. initiator, 10-20 pts. wt. bonding agent, 3-13 pts. wt. dispersant, 15-20 pts. wt. hydrophobic nano-white carbon black, 15-20 pts. wt. hydrophobic nano-titanium dioxide, 15-20 pts. wt. polytetrafluoroethylene micropowder, 10-30 pts. wt. solvent and 15-25 pts. wt. flame retardant. USE - The coating is useful for household kitchen technology field. ADVANTAGE - The coating has excellent adhesive wear resistance and durability. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing the coating, comprising (1) placing the graphene oxide, silicon dioxide, antifoaming agent, initiator and dispersant in the raw material into the mixing and stirring container one after the weighing is completed, heating to certain temperature and stirring for certain period of time to obtain mixed solution A, (2) taking out certain proportion of fluorine-containing silicon double-tailed composite from the weighed raw materials and adding it to the mixed solution A in the step (1), preparing the modified graphene mixed solution, washing and drying the modified graphene mixed solution for certain period of time, so as to obtain the modified graphene, (3) taking hydrophobic nano-silica, hydrophobic nano-titanium dioxide, polytetrafluoroethylene micropowder, and superhydrophobic materials and placing into the mixing container 2 to mix with the solvent, heating and stirring, adding surfactant, emulsifier, preservative, antifoaming agent, initiator, binding agent and dispersant in turn in the process of stirring to prepare mixed solution B, (4) grinding the modified graphene in the step (2), placing the ground powder into the stirring container together with the mixed solution B in the step (3), and stirring for certain period of time, adding solution during the stirring process, and increasing the temperature during mixing, stirring and uniformly mixing, and cooling down to obtain the modified graphene nano-superhydrophobic coating.
