NOVELTY - Preparation of functional fabric involves mixing nanocarbon material solution with polyester polyurethane, polymerizing to obtain functional masterbatch, spinning the functional masterbatch into functional fibers, coating the functional fibers and spandex filament according to quantity ratio of 1:1 to obtain functional coated yarn, subjecting to seamless fabric weaving using small circular knitting machine, 8 yarn nozzle and 8 yarn feeder comprising four upper threads, two bottom threads and two extension threads to obtain functional fabric combined with the functional fiber as base yarn, and the nylon yarn and spandex yarn as a surface yarn. The mass ratio of the nano-carbon material in the nano-carbon material solution and polyester polyurethane is 1:3. The four upper threads are two spandex yarns and two nylon filaments, the two bottom threads are two functional covered yarns, and the two stretching threads are two nylon fibers. USE - Preparation of functional fabric used in making clothing such as legging, bra, underwear, yoga clothes, yoga pants, sportswear, face masks, hoods, cap, gloves, and neck sleeve (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The prepared functional fabric has excellent conductivity and antistatic property, and can effectively eliminate and inhibit the static generated by the direct friction between skin and clothes, and has excellent deodorizing and sterilizing effect, and eliminating effect on unpleasant odors such as sweat odor and body odor, and long-acting bacteriostatic function.
