▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Method comprises (i) placing graphene nano-sheet in organic dispersant, and ultrasonically dispersing into single-layer of graphene nano-sheet; (ii) mixing and ball milling graphene nano-sheet after ultrasonic dispersion, silicon carbide, carbon black and bonding agent in planetary ball mill; (iii) drying ball milled slurry, crushing and sieving with 200 meshes sieve to obtain uniformly mixed compound powder; (iv) placing compound powder into mold, bidirectional compacting, and drying and pressing compound powder blank body; (v) placing compound powder blank in high temperature sintering furnace, naturally cooling, and taking out blank; (vi) adding high-purity silicon micro-powder on compound blank surface, and one-way compacting auxiliary forming; (vii) placing compound powder blank into sintering furnace, and using vacuum atmosphere reaction sintering to prepare graphene silicon carbide compound ceramic; and (viii) grinding surface of compound ceramic added with silicon micro-powder. USE - The method is useful for preparing graphene silicon carbide compound ceramic material. ADVANTAGE - The method enables preparation of graphene silicon carbide compound ceramic material with excellent mechanical property and toughness.
