▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing graphene-white graphene sheath-core structure phase change polyester fiber comprises (i) providing polyester slice, a graphene material, a white graphene, a dispersant, an energy storage material, and an absolute ethanol, (ii) drying the energy storage materials, dispersing the energy storage materials and the dispersant in the absolute ethanol for ultrasonic treatment, and removing the redundant absolute ethanol to obtain a phase change energy storing material, (iii) adding the phase-change energy storing materials and the polyester slices into a screw extruder, adding the graphene material and white graphene to the extruder and extruding to obtain the composite Terylene(Polyethylene terephthalate) masterbatch, (iv) drying and taking the polymer slice as the fiber sheath layer, drying the composite masterbatch as the core layer, melting and spinning to obtain graphene- white graphene sheath-core-phase-polyester composite fiber. USE - The method is useful for preparing graphene-white graphene sheath-core structure phase change polyester fiber, which is useful in a graphene- white graphene sheath-core composite fiber. ADVANTAGE - The graphene-white graphene sheath-core structure phase change polyester fiber has good antibacterial property, anti-ultraviolet, temperature adjusting function, and the functionality is permanent, does not increase with the washing times to appear functional weakening condition.
