▎ 摘 要

NOVELTY - The battery comprises: a first electrode comprising a set of particles containing lithium, a carbon layer partially coating a surface of the particles, and an electrochemically exfoliated graphene (54) partially coating the particles; a second electrode; and an electrolyte, where a portion of the first electrode and a portion of the second electrode contact the electrolyte. The first electrode is cathode or anode. The electrochemically exfoliated graphene forms 0.001-5 wt.% of the electrode. USE - The battery such as lithium ion battery, coin cell battery, cylindrical battery or prismatic pouch cell battery, is useful as an energy storage devices in electric cars, where the energy is solar energy, wind energy and hydroelectricity. ADVANTAGE - The battery exhibits high specific capacity, high energy density, and high power, without significant voltage polarization. The anode or cathode can be formed of lithium-containing particles loaded with electrochemically exfoliated graphene, so that the battery exhibits a low first cycle irreversible loss of capacity and a long cycle lifetime. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for: (1) an electrode material; and (2) a method for preparing an electrode material. DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING(S) - The figure shows a schematic view of an electrode including electrochemical graphene.
