NOVELTY - Wrinkle-free nylon material comprises 50-80 pts. wt. modified nylon fiber, 20-40 pts. wt. polyurethane elastic fiber and 5-15 pts. wt. mercerized cotton fiber. USE - The wrinkle-free nylon material is useful in fabric. ADVANTAGE - The wrinkle-free nylon material: is not easy to produce wrinkles even after washing in the process of use, and does not affect the beauty of fabric. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing the wrinkle-free nylon material comprising (1) mixing nylon slices and graphene to obtain mixed raw materials; (2) placing the mixed raw material in a drying oven for drying, and then feeding the dried mixed raw material into a screw extruder for melting to obtain a spinning solution; (3) sending the spinning solution into spinning equipment for spinning to obtain nascent fibers, and sending the nascent fibers into drafting and setting equipment for drafting and heat setting to obtain nylon fibers; (4) placing the nylon fibers in an aqueous solution of a treatment agent for 3-5 hours to obtain a modified nylon fiber; and (5) blending the modified nylon fiber with polyurethane elastic fiber and mercerized cotton fiber to obtain a nylon material.
