NOVELTY - Composition comprises a primer complementary to target nucleic acid, fluorescent morpholine naphthalimide deoxyuridine nucleotides (dUrkTP), deoxyadenosine triphosphate (dATP), deoxycytidine triphosphate (dCTP), deoxyguanosine triphosphate (dGTP), polymerase, exonuclease and/or graphene oxide (GO); rkDNA and graphene oxide specific for the corona-19 virus. USE - The composition is useful in kit for detecting and diagnosing corona-19 virus infection by detecting nucleic acid (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The composition can produce synthetic fluorescent DNA with accurate sequence within short time, and when target nucleic acid with sequence complementary to rkDNA is bound to quenched rkDNA-GO, so fluorescence can be restored within short time, is economical, can diagnose genetic sequence easily, shows high sensitivity, and can be used in rapid diagnostic system. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for: detecting nucleic acid, comprising (a) isothermal amplifying the target nucleic acid, (b) treating exonuclease to make a single-stranded nucleic acid, (c) constructing rkDNA-GO specific for the target nucleic acid, and (d) treating the single-stranded nucleic acid to rkDNA-GO; and providing information, comprising (1) isothermal amplifying the sample isolated from the specimen by the RPA method using a forward primer and a reverse primer, (2) treating exonuclease to make a single-stranded nucleic acid, and (3) confirming fluorescence by treating the single-stranded nucleic acid with rkDNA-GO specific for the Corona-19 virus.
