NOVELTY - Production of self-cleaning cement-based composite material involves weaving 18-38 wt.% inorganic basalt fiber, glass fiber, aramid of ceramic fiber, fiber, aramid fiber, photocatalytic materials, nylon fiber, vinylon fiber and input fiber, mixing with ceramic fibers containing type glass fiber, basalt inorganic fiber polyethylene fiber, polypropylene fibers, polyester, polyphenylene sulfide fiber and short polyacrylonitrile fiber, mixing cement, water, fine aggregate, fly ash, silica fume, granulated blast furnace slag, metakaolin and water reducing agent, adding short fiber, adding the graphene oxide suspension, wet mixing, mixing semiconductor photocatalyst and naphthalene series water reducing agent, adding Portland cement, fly ash, fine sand and other powders to obtain cementitious powders, mixing nano-silica aerogel composite material, water and water reducing agent to obtain nano-silica aerogel composite material suspension, pouring into cementitious powders, and processing.
