NOVELTY - Vehicle plastic piece with nano-silica modified polyphenyl ether material comprises polyphenyl ether, graphene, magnesium sulfate, stearic acid, dimethyl phthalate, dimethyl phosphite, ethylene bis stearamide, anilino-methyl-triethoxysilane, polyethylene wax, p-tert-amylphenol, nanometer silica and auxiliary agent comprising clay, ethoxylated trimethylolpropane triacrylate, jade powder, diatomite powder, nano-brown corundum powder, zinc oxide, wollastonite powder, magnesium hydroxide, chlorinated paraffin, tributyl citrate, aluminum hydroxide, clove oil and crosslinking agent TAC. USE - Used as a vehicle plastic piece with nano-silica modified polyphenyl ether material. ADVANTAGE - The vehicle plastic piece: has improved processing property and mechanical properties; has good rigidity, toughness and increased resistance, cold-resistance, good electrical properties, static resistance and wear resistance; is firm and safe to use. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Vehicle plastic piece with nano-silica modified polyphenyl ether material comprises 100 pts. wt. polyphenyl ether, 6-9 pts. wt. graphene, 4-6 pts. wt. magnesium sulfate, 3-5 pts. wt. stearic acid, 7-9 pts. wt. dimethyl phthalate, 4-5 pts. wt. dimethyl phosphite, 0.9-1.3 pts. wt. ethylene bis stearamide, 3-4 pts. wt. anilino-methyl-triethoxysilane, 4-6 pts. wt. polyethylene wax, 1-2 pts. wt. p-tert-amylphenol, 6-9 pts. wt. nanometer silica, and 12-15 pts. wt. auxiliary agent. The auxiliary agent comprises 300-320 pts. wt. clay, 3-4 pts. wt. ethoxylated trimethylolpropane triacrylate, 4-6 pts. wt. jade powder, 12-15 pts. wt. diatomite powder, 3-5 pts. wt. nano-brown corundum powder, 1-2 pts. wt. zinc oxide, 3-4 pts. wt. wollastonite powder, 10-12 pts. wt. magnesium hydroxide, 1-2 pts. wt. chlorinated paraffin, 2-3 pts. wt. tributyl citrate, 8-10 pts. wt. aluminum hydroxide, 1-2 pts. wt. clove oil, and 1-2 pts. wt. crosslinking agent triallyl cyanurate (TAC). Preparation of the auxiliary agent comprises placing the clay in a calcining furnace, and calcining at 710-740 degrees C degrees C for 3-4 hours, cooling, adding 10-12% hydrochloric acid solution, soaking for 1-2 hours, filtering, using clean water for washing, drying, crushing into fine powder of 200-400 meshes, and mixing the resulting powder with the other remaining components, grinding, and dispersing uniformly to obtain the finished product. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing the vehicle plastic piece, comprising mixing and heating polyphenylene ether, graphene, polyethylene wax and dimethyl phthalate to 250-280 degrees C, melting polyphenylene ether, stirring for 5-8 minutes, then adding nano-silica, dimethyl phosphite, ethylene bis stearamide and stearic acid, stirring for 4-5 minutes, and finally adding the other remaining components, stirring for 5-8 minutes, extruding in a double-screw extruder, and granulating to obtain the product.
