NOVELTY - Preparation of graphene based polysiloxane involves adding graphene oxide to deionized water, ultrasonically dispersing to obtain a dispersion, adding silane coupling agent to dispersion, reacting to obtain a reaction mixture, washing the reaction mixture with anhydrous ethanol and deionized water, dispersing in deionized water, ultrasonically processing, adding hydrazine hydrate, washing, vacuum drying to obtain lipophilic graphene, adding siloxane monomer, blocking agent and catalyst, reacting, adding the silane coupling agent, lowering the temperature to obtain a low viscosity polysiloxane, dispersing the lipophilic graphene in low-viscosity polysiloxane, stirring to form a homogeneous solution, adding deionized water, dispersing under ultrasonic waves to obtain graphene based polysiloxane dispersion, adding organometallic salt to graphene based polysiloxane dispersion, reacting at 10-50 degrees C for 3-8 hours and vacuum drying. USE - Preparation of graphene based polysiloxane. ADVANTAGE - The graphene based polysiloxane has low viscosity, stabilizes the molecular weight of polysiloxane and reduces the degree of cross-linking of polysiloxane. The method for improving the dispersion stability of graphene in polysiloxane is simple, feasible, easy to purify and prolongs the storage time of graphene-based polysiloxane. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparation of graphene based polysiloxane involves adding graphene oxide to deionized water, ultrasonically dispersing for 30-90 minutes to obtain a dispersion, adding silane coupling agent to dispersion, reacting at 50-100 degrees C for 12-72 hours to obtain a reaction mixture, washing the reaction mixture with anhydrous ethanol for 2-6 times and deionized water for 1-7 times, dispersing in deionized water, ultrasonically processing for 1 hour, adding 5 wt.% hydrazine hydrate for 3-12 hours, washing, vacuum drying to obtain lipophilic graphene, adding siloxane monomer, blocking agent and catalyst, reacting at 70-140 degrees C for 3-8 hours, adding the silane coupling agent, lowering the temperature to 50-70 degrees C for 1-3 hours to obtain a low viscosity polysiloxane, dispersing the lipophilic graphene in low-viscosity polysiloxane, stirring to form a homogeneous solution, adding deionized water for 1-5 times, dispersing under ultrasonic waves for 1-3 hours to obtain graphene based polysiloxane dispersion, adding organometallic salt to graphene based polysiloxane dispersion, reacting at 10-50 degrees C for 3-8 hours and vacuum drying. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for method for reducing cross-linking degree of graphene-based polysiloxane which involves dissolving graphene oxide in alcohol, ultrasonically dispersing, adjusting the pH to 2-4 using acid to obtain graphene oxide depolymerization liquid, dissolving covalent halide in deionized water, ultrasonically dispersing, adjusting the pH to 1.5-3.5 using acid to obtain a covalent halide depolymerization solution, dissolving 10-15 pts. wt. graphene oxide depolymerization liquid and 20-30 pts. wt. covalent halide depolymerization liquid in water, uniformly mixing to obtain a depolymerization liquid, adding depolymerization liquid to graphene based polysiloxane, diluting with deionized water for 5-10 times, ultrasonically processing and adjusting the pH to 1-4 using acid.
