▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Oxidized graphene ink comprises 0.1-0.5wt.% graphene oxide, 0.05-0.5wt.% surfactant and solvent. USE - Oxidized graphene ink used in ink jet printer (claimed). ADVANTAGE - Oxidized graphene ink has cost effective and is suitable for household ink printer in eco-friendly manner. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for: (1) method for producing oxidized graphene ink, which involves dispersing oxidized graphene into solvent and adding surfactant, and dispersing by ultrasonic; mixing and filtering the mixed solution with a microfiltration membrane of 0.2-1 mu m to obtain oxidized graphene ink; and (2) a method for preparing oxidized graphene stock solution, whcih involves mixing graphite powder and potassium permanganate in a mass ratio of 1:5-7; heating and reacting concentrated sulfuric acid and concentrated phosphoric acid; cooling liquid to room temperature to obtain mixed liquid; and washing and dialyzing to remove excess acid, centrifuging, separating, and collecting the supernatant liquid to obtain oxidized graphene stock solution; and (3) a method for preparing graphene flexible circuit, which involves injecting oxidized graphene ink into an ink cartridge and placing printing pattern onto the printing substrate to obtain a substrate having an oxidized graphene printing pattern; and (4) reducing the graphene print pattern on the substrate to a graphene print pattern by hydroiodic acid reduction, calcination reduction to obtain a graphene flexible circuit.
