NOVELTY - The collector comprises conductive substrate; first current collecting layer located on first surface of substrate and has intensity of less than that of substrate; and second current collecting layer positioned on second surface of substrate and having strength greater than intensity of substrate. The second surface of substrate is opposite to first surface. USE - Current collector for use in electrode of battery i.e. lithium ion battery for electronic device e.g. mobile terminal. ADVANTAGE - The current collector comprises a conductive substrate, which reduces the influence of the conductivity of the substrate to the current collector, and ensures good conductivity. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for: (a) electrode comprising current collector, and active material layer; (b) lithium ion battery comprising battery case, battery main body, and electrode.
