NOVELTY - Organosilicone foaming sealing material with low water vapor transmission rate, comprises 10-20 pts. wt. graphene pre-dispersed slurry, 70-80 pts. wt. organosilicone foaming resin composite component, and 3-5 pts. wt. curing agent; the graphene pre-dispersed slurry comprises 30 pts. wt. solvent, 20 pts. wt. amino-terminated hyperbranched polysiloxane (HPSi-NH2), 25-40 pts. wt. sheet-shaped graphene, 5-10 pts. wt. dispersant, 8-15 oriented auxiliary agent, 3.5 pts. wt. suspending agent, 0.5 pts. wt. defoamer, 0.5- 1 pts. wt. coupling agent, 0.2-0.6 pts. wt. coumarone resin. USE - Organosilicone foaming sealing material with low water vapor transmission rate is used in the power battery pack sealing strip or the guide pin water-proof ring (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The organosilicone foaming sealing material has low water vapor transmission rate, good mechanical mechanical property, environment-friendly and flame retardance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for a preparation method of organosilicone foaming sealing material with low water vapor transmission rate comprising (S1) adding the amino terminal hyper-branched polysiloxane into the solvent, stirring at low speed, stirring speed is 600-900 revolutions/minute (r/min), for 8-12 minutes, sequentially adding defoamer, dispersant, directional auxiliary agent, suspending agent and coupling agent, stirring for 25-35 minutes; increasing the rotating speed to 2000-2200 r/min, slowly adding sheet shaped graphene and coumarone resin, stirring for 50-80 minutes to obtain the pre graphene dispersed slurry, (S2) stirring hyper-branched polysiloxane containing phosphaphenanthrene structure and vinyl, xylene at a rotating speed of 600-1000 r/min at low speed stirring, then adding gas phase silicon dioxide, defoamer, continuously stirring for 60-120 minutes to obtain the organosilicone foaming resin composite component; (S3) mixing graphene predispersed slurry, organosilicone foaming resin composite component, stirring for 80-120 minutes at the rotating speed of 800-1000 r/min, adding curing agent before coating; continuously stirring for 6-10 minutes; (S4) coating the slurry to the polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) glass fiber cloth material surface, heating and foaming and curing the drying channel; the foaming and curing temperature is 175-185℃, and the time is 3-5 minutes.
