▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Graphite oxide is ultrasonically dispersed in deionized water at room temperature. P25 titanium dioxide and hydrazine hydrate are added to the obtained dispersion, and stirred to form a reaction solution. The reaction solution is reacted at 150-210 degrees C for 8-24 hours. The reaction product is cooled to room temperature and the product is collected by centrifugation. The product is washed and dried to obtain titanium dioxide/nitrogen-doped graphene composite material. USE - Manufacture of titanium dioxide/nitrogen-doped graphene composite material used for photocatalyst, cathode material of lithium ion battery and dye-sensitized solar battery. ADVANTAGE - The titanium dioxide/nitrogen-doped graphene composite material is manufactured economically by a simple and environmentally-friendly process.
