NOVELTY - Shewanella-immobilized nanocellulose composite membrane comprises Shewanellawhich forms membrane on the nanocellulose composite membrane. The nanocellulose composite membrane is a graphene-nanocellulose composite membrane. The metal is deposited on the graphene. USE - The membrane is useful for degrading organic pollutants in industrial organic wastewater (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method does not require organic solvents, toxic and harmful reagents; has simple preparation method, mild reaction conditions and is environmental friendly and economical.
