NOVELTY - The amplifier has a grate transmission line whose two ends are connected with two LC matching units and a leakage transmission line. A connecting end of the leakage transmission line is connected with a drain electrode. A terminal is connected with an output end of the leakage transmission line and a distributed type amplifier body. Another connecting end of the leakage transmission line is connected with another two LC matching units. A graphite FET is provided with the leakage transmission line and a transmission line inductor unit. USE - Graphene distributed type amplifier.
