▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Graphene composite photocatalytic ultrafiltration membrane comprises a polysulfone ultrafiltration membrane prepared by blending with graphene oxide and an aminated titanium dioxide nanoparticle implanted on the surface of a polysulfone ultrafiltration channel. The filter membrane is formed by phase-changing a semi-cured polysulfone membrane in a mixed coagulation bath containing titanium dioxide nanoparticles and water. USE - Graphene composite photocatalytic ultrafiltration membrane used for removing difficult-to-degrade organic substances in water. ADVANTAGE - The graphene composite photocatalytic ultrafiltration membrane has improved binding force through physical and chemical interaction. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing graphene composite photocatalytic ultrafiltration membrane, which involves: (A) mixing certain amount of polysulfone, solvent, pore-forming agent, and graphene oxide with stirring at 30-60 degrees C to form a mixed solution to obtain a casting film solution; (B) mixing the aminated titanium dioxide nanoparticles with pure water to form titanium dioxide coagulation liquid; (C) pouring the casting film on a smooth glass plate with a certain thickness; (D) curing the polysulfone membrane in a pure water coagulation bath at 60 degrees C for 5-10 minutes; (E) immersing formed polysulfone ultrafiltration membrane in ion water at room temperature for 12-48 hours; and (F) drying at room temperature to form the graphene composite photocatalytic ultrafiltration membrane.
