▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - A graphene-based insulating heat conductive material comprises 60-80 pts. wt. epoxy resin, 15-35 pts. wt. porous modified graphene, and 8-16 pts. wt. curing agent. The porous modified graphene is prepared by dispersing 25-40 pts. wt. graphene oxide in a mixture of ethanol and deionized water under ultrasonic conditions, for 1.5-2.5 hours, obtaining 1-2.5 mg/mL graphene oxide suspension, adding 6-12 pts. wt. ( gamma )-aminopropyltriethoxysilane and 0.6-1.5 pts. wt. catalyst to the suspension, reacting and refluxing at 80-110 degrees C for 12-24 hours under nitrogen atmosphere, washing with ethanol and deionized water, filtering, drying to obtain a modified graphene oxide powder, adding 7-12 pts. wt. chemical reducing agent to the modified graphene oxide powder, heating under reflux, reacting at 60-95 degrees C for 2-8 hours, washing the product, drying, obtaining modified graphene, and sintering the modified graphene in a tube furnace under an inert atmosphere at 600-800 degrees C for 10-30 minutes. USE - Graphene-based insulating heat conductive material. ADVANTAGE - The graphene-based insulating heat-conducting material adopts ( gamma )-aminopropyltriethoxysilane to modify graphene and to improve the compatibility between graphene and epoxy resin, and uses porous graphene having low density and different size pores on its surface to improve its specific surface area, and avoid adverse effects of graphene agglomeration on thermal conductivity. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for processing of the graphene-based insulating heat conductive material, which involves adding porous modified graphene to dimethylformamide, ultrasonically processing to obtain 1 mg/mL porous modified graphene suspension, adding epoxy resin to the suspension, mixing, reacting at 50-70 degrees C for 6-9 hours, obtaining a porous modified graphene-epoxy resin mixture, placing the mixture in an oven, volatilizing dimethylformamide at 80 degrees C, mixing product and curing agent, hot-press forming, and curing.
