NOVELTY - The device has a third fixing block (13) that is connected to the right side of a third transmission rod (12). The output end of the second motor is fixedly connected with a movable column (16). The right side of the movable column penetrates a case (2) and extends to the inside of the case. A sliding mechanism (17) is provided on the right side of the inner wall of the case. The top and bottom of the movable column are fixedly connected with a stirring mechanism (18). The bottom of the right side of the case is connected with a discharge pipe (19). A control valve (20) is provided on the top of the discharge pipe. The left side of the top of the case is connected with a feed pipe (21), and both sides of the bottom of a first horizontal plate (1) are fixedly connected with a rubber block (22).
