▎ 摘 要

NOVELTY - Producing an oxidation graphite comprises: dispersing graphite oxide in water to prepare a graphene oxide nanoparticles conductive solution that is used as an ink for inkjet printing using an ultrasonic generator; dispersing the solution on a flexible polymer film to form fine patterns for analyzing chemical properties of the film surface modified by plasma treatment; adding solvent for dispersion of the nano-particles solution and then injecting into a print head of an inkjet printer; and adding reducing agents to the formed graphene oxide films in a vacuum vapor deposition reactor. USE - The method is useful for producing an oxidation graphite that is used in a thin film electrode and photo-paper for an ink-jet printer (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method produces the oxidation graphite with improved surface resistance and flexibility. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Producing an oxidation graphite comprises: dispersing graphite oxide in water to prepare a graphene oxide nanoparticles conductive solution that is used as an ink for inkjet printing using an ultrasonic generator; dispersing the graphene oxide nanoparticle solution on a flexible polymer film to form fine patterns for analyzing chemical properties of the polymer film surface modified by plasma treatment; adding solvent for dispersion of graphene oxide nano-particles solution and then injecting into a print head of the plasma-treated polymer film into an inkjet printer to discharge ink; and adding reducing agents to the formed graphene oxide films in a vacuum vapor deposition reactor under appropriate temperature on the surface of polymer films. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for making a photo-paper using a polyethylene terephthalate film or polyimide film.
