▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - The composite material has GO and precursor polysiloxane liquid or polysilazane liquid which are used as raw materials. The preparation is performed according to mass ratio of the precursor liquid to the GO at 100:0.5-60. The technical steps include mixing GO and precursor, stirring to obtain suspension and performing high-temperature thermo-decomposition to cross-linked polymer product under argon-gas protection while heating to 1000 degrees centigrade. The GO and precursor cross-linker polymer release small molecules to prepare composite material of graphene and precursor ceramic. USE - Composite material for graphene and precursor ceramic. ADVANTAGE - Adopts the high-temperature thermo-decomposition one-step method to pull the two-dimensional graphene structure into the three-dimensional precursor ceramic netted structure to prepare new-type composite material in layer, lattice and cage structure. Obtains the special structure of new-type composite material which has great importance to the enhancement of ceramic mechanical performance, the high-temperature performance and especially the electric performance.
