NOVELTY - Preparing improved thermal insulation graphene floor heating film comprises (1) coating on leveled ground to form a base film after leveling construction ground, the base film is 25-30 pts. wt. hollow titanium oxide powder, 65-80 pts. wt. main material of base film, 0.01-0.5 pts. wt. defoaming agent, 0.05-0.5 pts. wt. thickening agent, 0.1-0.5 pts. wt. film forming aid, 1-3 pts. wt. dispersant, the hollow titanium oxide powder has a particle size of 1-10 microns and a wall thickness of 100-2000 nm, when the wall thickness is coated, the coating amount per square meter of the ground is 10-50 g, and (2) after coating base film and before curing, lay a prefabricated graphene floor heating film, the graphene floor heating film includes a graphene electric heating film and a connecting layer located under the graphene electric heating film, the graphene electric heating film includes a metal substrate and a graphene film located under the metal substrate. USE - The method is useful for preparing improved thermal insulation graphene floor heating film.
