NOVELTY - The capacitor has a substrate (1) provided with a first electrode (2), a second electrode (3) and a film. The film is provided with two units of film that are respectively connected with the first electrode and the second electrode. Two parts of film is connected to a pair of interdigital electrodes (5). An electrolyte (6) is filled between the pair of interdigital electrodes. The electrolyte is connected with the substrate i.e. flexible substrate, where the electrolyte is a lithium chlorate solution. A thin film is provided with a graphene thin film. The second electrode is provided with a flexible stretchable electrode, where the flexible stretchable electrode is silver nanowire, carbon tube and graphene. USE - Capacitor. ADVANTAGE - The capacitor can simulate nerve synapse, and is suitable to artificial intelligence field. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a capacitor preparing method.
