▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - The method involves mixing graphite oxide with water during ultrasonic dispersion process. 100 g/L nitrogen source solution is mixed with cohesion-shaped solution and stirred for 1-5h. Nitrogen-doped graphene oxide solution is filtered. Nitrogen-doped graphene oxide solution heating process is performed. The heated nitrogen-doped graphene oxide solution is cooled and dried to obtain nitrogen-doped graphene composite material. Mass ratio of the nitrogen-doped graphene oxide solution and the graphene oxide is 1-10: 1. USE - Nitrogen-doped graphene composite material preparing method. ADVANTAGE - The method enables reducing energy consumption, reaction time and production cost and improving production efficiency.
