NOVELTY - Conductive ink with temperature-limiting characteristic comprises 12-40% carbon-based conductive filling material, 5-8% conductive auxiliary materials, 7-13% temperature limiting material, 10-28% resin bonding material, 9.5-14% additive, 28-50% solvent. The conductive auxiliary materials are nickel-chromium alloy powder the temperature-limiting material is titanium diboride heat-sensitive conductive material. The Curie temperature of the titanium diboride heat-sensitive conductive material is 60-80degreesC. USE - Used as conductive ink with temperature-limiting characteristic. ADVANTAGE - The conductive ink has stable self-limiting temperature effect; prevents circuit damage and heat attenuation phenomenon caused by over-heat of the circuit and the conductive ink is used as a heating ceramic tile; has high circulating service life and fatigue resistance; PTC effect of the conductive ink can bear several times of overheating impact without failure.
