▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing fully printed gel quasi-solid cell microarray biochip comprises physically crosslinking the microarray biochip by a gelatin solution under the action of photoinitiator and conductive nanomaterial/conductive polymer, and printing to obtain microarray biochip, irradiating the printed microarray biochip using ultraviolet light, crosslinking and solidifying the gelatin, and freeze-drying to obtain product. USE - The fully printed gel quasi-solid cell microarray biochip is useful for detecting cell metabolites (e.g. active oxygen molecules or other metabolites), and also useful in wear-resistant devices (all claimed), and clinical diagnosis and early monitoring of daily diseases. ADVANTAGE - The chip provides three-dimensional growth platform for cells, stores cell culture medium to provide nutrients for cells in real time, and simultaneously monitors release of various reactive oxygen species (ROS) and other metabolites from cells. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for fully printed gel quasi-solid cell microarray biochip. DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING(S) - The drawing shows a schematic view of cell microarray biochip (Drawing includes non-English language text).
