▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Anti-reflection coating structure based broadband solar absorber comprises a top layer (1), a middle layer (4), and a bottom layer (5), where the top layer includes an anti-reflection coating structure that comprises six graphene rings (2) that are engraved inside an indium tin oxide based structure (3) which provides a way to improve an impedance matching and a coherence absorption over a broad solar spectrum, the graphene rings are two-dimensional version of graphite that is a planar atomic layer of carbon atoms that are arranged in a hexagonal lattice to create a multiple of resonances which are combined to achieve a broadband spectrum and the graphene rings are engraved in increasing order of radius to act like a horn antenna for trapping solar radiation, the graphene rings comprise pattern so that when a desired amount of electromagnetic power incidents on the graphene rings. USE - Anti-reflection coating structure based broadband solar absorber used for solar energy harvesting. ADVANTAGE - The anti-reflection coating structure based broadband solar absorber improves absorption over a wide range of wavelength. DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING(S) - The drawing shows a perspective view of an absorber. 1Top layer 2Graphene rings 3Indium tin oxide based structure 4Middle layer 5Bottom layer
