NOVELTY - Method for producing reduced graphene powder comprises (i) preparing a graphene oxide powder by aggregating graphene oxide particles; (ii) immersing the graphene oxide powder in a reducing agent-containing solution to swell; and (iii) reducing the swollen graphene oxide powder by heating the reducing agent-containing solution. USE - The method is useful for producing reduced graphene powder. ADVANTAGE - The method retains the shape of graphene oxide powder; and ensures doping can be performed simultaneously with reduction using a reducing agent containing heterogeneous elements. The graphene powder has is simple and efficient preparation method and high carbon content and easy shape control at high concentration. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for reduced graphene powder produced by the above method and having oxygen and carbon with an atomic percentage ratio of 7-20.
