NOVELTY - Composite proton exchange membrane comprises a protonic membrane substrate provided with a positive electrode surface and a negative electrode surface. A reinforcing layer is laminated on the surface of the positive electrode or the negative electrode. The reinforcing layer includes a porous substrate layer and filled with graphene oxide, graphite and/or graphene oxide in the pores. USE - The membrane is useful for fuel cell, automobile, aerospace, unmanned aerial vehicle and mobile power supply field, distributed power generation, household heat and power supply and spare power supply. ADVANTAGE - The composite proton exchange membrane has excellent water retention performance and high temperature and low humidity conditions to keep higher proton conductivity, hydrogen permeability hydrogen permeation rate is low, increasing the galvanic pile open circuit voltage, and good mechanical performance. The chemical performance of the membrane electrode and the fuel cell is stable, the slower the attenuation speed is, the service life is long.
