The thickness of the radiating layer is 10-20 microm. The thickness of the radiating layer is 15microm. The graphene is a single-layer sheet structure.The graphene comprises carbon element and non-carbon element. The non-carbon element is selected from fluorine, nitrogen, oxygen, sulphur, and chlorine. The heat-conducting filler is selected from boron nitride, barium sulphate and beryllium oxide. The temperature of the baking device is raised to the second temperature. USE - Heat exchanger for use in an air conditioner (claimed) of a data center server. ADVANTAGE - The heat exchanger has high heat exchange efficiency, and effectively improves the high pressure resistance of the air conditioner system, and improves the refrigerating amount, the whole machine power consumption, the air conditioning system energy efficiency and the fault risk of the system high pressure stopping, and reduces the temperature of the refrigerant in the surface of the exchanger.
