NOVELTY - Preparing graphene by steam explosion involves pre-processing graphite directly adding pre-treated graphite in high pressure container or dispersed in solvent, and then added in high pressure container and raised temperature to -400-80 degrees C, insulated for 2-10 hours, then pressurized pressure in vapor explosion high pressure vessel by pressurizied device at 20-300 megaPascal, then instant reliefed, product is centrifuged, separated or evaporated, and dried to obtain graphene. USE - Method for preparing graphene by steam explosion used for used for lithium battery electrode material, lubricating material, medicine, catalysis or special coating material and engine cylinder directly or synthetic wear-resistant material. ADVANTAGE - The method enables to prepare graphene by steam explosion is easy to prepare, eco-friendly, cost-effective, requires short preparation time, beneficial to fast industrial production, and has high yield.
