NOVELTY - The battery has an n-type single crystal silicon whose surface is formed with a silicon dioxide layer. The silicon dioxide layer is formed with a through hole structure. A surface of the silicon dioxide layer and n-type single crystal silicon are formed with a first graphene film layer. A silicon nitride film layer is formed with the first graphene film layer and placed on a surface of a second graphene film layer. The first graphene film layer is formed on a surface of a front electrode of a metal film, where the surface of the n-type single crystal silicon is formed with a rear electrode of the metal film. USE - Micro-cavity structure graphite solar battery. ADVANTAGE - The battery utilizes graphene, silicon nitride to increase micro-controlled optical absorption efficiency and improve solar cell conversion efficiency and realizes characteristics of simple structure and high efficiency with wide range of application.
