NOVELTY - Steel structure residential anti-corrosion processing comprises e.g. (i) taking 40-65 pts. wt. aqueous epoxy resin, 5-12 pts. wt. acrylic ester emulsion, 5-10 pts. wt. iron red powder, 0.2-0.6 pts. wt. graphene oxide, 0.8-2.5 pts. wt. rust inhibitor, 0.2-0.5 pts. wt. thickening agent, 0.5-1.4 pts. wt. surface modifying agent, 0.2-0.5 pts. wt. flatting agent, 0.1-0.5 pts. wt. antifoaming agent, 5-10 pts. wt. pigment and 18-22 pts. wt. de-ionized water, and (ii) adding aqueous epoxy resin, acrylate emulsion, iron red powder and graphene oxide raw material into the stirring container A at 500-800 revolutions/minute under the condition of dispersing for 15-15 minutes, adding the container with anti-rust agent, thickening agent, surface modifying agent, flatting agent, antifoaming agent, pigment and de-ionized water, dispersing for 25-30 minutes, and filtering to obtain the anti-rust coating A component. USE - The method is useful for steel structure residential anti-corrosion processing. ADVANTAGE - The method improves the mechanical properties, water resistance, heat resistance and surface properties of the coating, and overcomes the mechanical strength, abrasion resistance, ultraviolet aging resistance, water resistance, scrubbing resistance, stain resistance and surface properties of traditional coatings, defects with poor aging resistance, and salt spray resistance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Steel structure residential anti-corrosion processing comprises (i) taking 40-65 pts. wt. aqueous epoxy resin, 5-12 pts. wt. acrylic ester emulsion, 5-10 pts. wt. iron red powder, 0.2-0.6 pts. wt. graphene oxide, 0.8-2.5 pts. wt. rust inhibitor, 0.2-0.5 pts. wt. thickening agent, 0.5-1.4 pts. wt. surface modifying agent, 0.2-0.5 pts. wt. flatting agent, 0.1-0.5 pts. wt. antifoaming agent, 5-10 pts. wt. pigment and 18-22 pts. wt. de-ionized water, (ii) adding aqueous epoxy resin, acrylate emulsion, iron red powder and graphene oxide raw material into the stirring container A at 500-800 revolutions/minute under the condition of dispersing for 15-15 minutes, adding the container with anti-rust agent, thickening agent, surface modifying agent, flatting agent, antifoaming agent, pigment and de-ionized water, the rotating speed is increased to 800-1200 revolutions/minute, dispersing for 25-30 minutes, and filtering to obtain the anti-rust coating A component, (iii) taking 50-65 pts. wt. organosilicone grafted acrylic acid emulsion, 5-10 pts. wt. nano titanium dioxide aqueous slurry, 10-15 pts. wt. acid modified diatomite and 20-25 pts. wt. de-ionized water, adding the organosilicone grafted acrylic emulsion, nano titanium dioxide aqueous slurry, acid modified diatomite and de-ionized water into the stirring container B at 800-1200 revolutions/minute under the condition of dispersing for 25-25 minutes, allowing to stand to obtain the anti-rust coating B component, (v) grinding and cleaning the surface of the steel structure, removing rust on the surface of the steel structure, impurity and oil stain, (vi) mixing and dispersing the anti-rust coating A component and the anti-rust coating B component according to the mass ratio of 10:3 to obtain the steel structure rust-proof coating, (viii) coating the steel structure rust-proof coating on the surface of the steel structure, drying, and forming the steel structure rust-proof coating.
