NOVELTY - A carbon-based chemical storage composite nanomaterial comprises 30-60 mass% carbon nanomaterial as substrate and balance hydroxide hydrate. USE - Carbon-based chemical storage composite nanomaterial. ADVANTAGE - The composite nanomaterial has improved overall mass transfer and heat transfer efficiency, high chemical stability and thermal cycle reliability, and is safe to use. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of carbon-based chemical storage composite nanomaterial, comprising preparing aqueous solution of nano graphene oxide as carbon nanomaterial by Hummer method; adding hydroxide hydrate to the solution of graphene oxide at mass ratio of graphene oxide to hydroxide hydrate of 3:7-3:2; and subjecting the obtained mixed solution to hydrothermal reaction or ultrasonic treatment, then freezing and drying to obtain the chemical storage composite nanomaterial.
