The ionic liquid is cyclopropyl-trifluoromethyl-(1-trifluoromethyl-allyl)-(2-trifluoromethyl-but-3-enyl)-phosphonium hexafluorophosphate compound (I). USE - High-thermal stability carbon-carbon composite 3-dimensional printing material (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The carbon-carbon composite 3-dimensional printing material has excellent thermal stability, electrical conductivity, high-temperature resistance and strength, can be rapidly formed, is lightweight and environmentally-friendly, is easy to use and is harmless to human body. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A high-thermal stability carbon-carbon composite 3-dimensional printing material is prepared by mixing 1-35 pts. wt. graphene, 2-10 pts. wt. nano-calcium carbonate powder, 2-8 pts. wt. nano-titanium dioxide, 20-90 pts. wt. ionic liquid and 1-100 pts. wt. diluent. The ionic liquid is cyclopropyl-trifluoromethyl-(1-trifluoromethyl-allyl)-(2-trifluoromethyl-but-3-enyl)-phosphonium hexafluorophosphate compound of formula (I).
