▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - A thermally conductive silicone rubber composite substrate comprises a base substrate comprising a thermally conductive filler material and an additive. The thermally-conductive filler comprises 0.5-1.2 wt.% nickel graphene sheet, 0.5-6 wt.% nickel-plated carbon nanotubes and 0.5-6% wt. carbon fibers. The additive comprises 5-15 wt.% methyl vinyl silicone rubber, 60-80 wt.% simethicone, 3-15 wt.% hydroxy silicone oil and 1-5 wt.% curing agent. USE - Thermally conductive silicone rubber composite substrate (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The thermally conductive silicone rubber composite substrate has excellent thermal conductivity, physical property, chemical property, and inherent insulation property, resilience and flexibility due to the presence of silicone rubber materials, and can be prepared by easy method.
