▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Production of graphene-molybdenum oxide flame-retardant nanocomposite, involves mixing graphene oxide and ammonium molybdate in a mass ratio of 1:8-8:1, ball-milling the mixture, heating to 100-1050 degrees C, heat-preserving, cooling under nitrogen protection, mixing 0.5-10 %mass obtained graphene-molybdenum oxide nanocomposite and 90-99.5 %mass polystyrene resin in a torque magnetorheological internal mixer, extruding, and granulating. USE - Production of graphene-molybdenum oxide flame-retardant nanocomposite (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method provides graphene-molybdenum oxide flame-retardant nanocomposite having excellent barrier property and mechanical property. Molybdenum oxide provides excellent synergistic effect with respect to flame retardance and smoke suppression, even when added in small amount.
