▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing graphene/nickel/copper-based contact material comprises electroplating a nickel transition layer on the surface of the copper substrate, preparing graphene layer on the surface of nickel transition layer, where the composition of the plating solution used for electroplating the nickel transition layer includes: 25-35 g/l mickel sulfate hexahydrate, 30-50 g/l sodium citrate, 20-35 g/l ammonium sulfate and 18-30 g/l sodium hypophosphite, adjusting the pH value to 7.5-8.5 with aqueous ammonia. USE - Graphene/nickel/copper-based contact material for use in high voltage electric industry. ADVANTAGE - The method provides graphene/nickel/copper-based contact material with high melting point, high thermal conductivity, high conductivity and chemical inertness, high-coefficient of friction, reliable corrosion resistance and wear resistance, and excellent anti-ablative ability and wearing resistance. The plating solution used in the method has no organic or inorganic harmful substance, and is environment-friendly. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for: graphene/nickel/copper-based contact material prepared by the aboe-mentioned method; an electric contact.
