NOVELTY - The processing technique of corrosion resistant fine steel pipe involves: taking stainless steel plate raw material, smelting and continuous casting to obtain steel pipe blank; putting the blank into inclined rolling perforating machine to obtain the blank steel pipe; carrying out annealing for 2-3 hours at 600-650 °C, and straightening to obtain the straightening steel pipe; pickling the straightening steel pipe for 20-30 minutes at 65-70 °C, acid washing, and carrying out cold rolling to obtain the stainless steel pipe; performing surface sand blasting treatment to the stainless steel pipe, spraying for 5-10 minutes, transferring the stainless steel pipe into the vacuum atmosphere furnace, introducing hydrogen chloride and ammonia gas into the vacuum atmosphere furnace to obtain the pre-treated stainless steel pipe; and performing surface aluminizing treatment using solid powder aluminizing agent to obtain the aluminized stainless steel pipe. USE - Processing technique of corrosion resistant fine steel pipe used for conveying fluid, transferring heat energy and manufacturing building structure net-rack and road bridge. ADVANTAGE - The process adopts cold-rolled piercing forming process without welding, which reduces the surface defects of steel pipes and has high precision. The stainless steel surface after aluminizing has higher hardness and corrosion resistance. The addition of rare earth elements and corrosion-resistant coatings consolidates the corrosion resistance of fine steel pipes and enhances the wear resistance and extrusion resistance of steel pipes, and has strong practicability and application prospects. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - The processing technique of corrosion resistant fine steel pipe involves: taking stainless steel plate raw material, smelting and continuous casting to obtain steel pipe blank; taking the steel pipe blank, putting into the inclined rolling perforating machine, and adjusting the diameter of the centring hole to 35-55 mm, and the rolling speed to 0.4-0.6 m/second to obtain the blank steel pipe; taking blank steel pipe, transferring into annealing furnace, vacuum annealing for 2-3 hours at 600-650 °C, sending into the straightening machine to straighten, and obtaining the straightening steel pipe; transferring the straightening steel pipe into pickling machine, pickling for 20-30 minutes at 65-70 °C, taking out the straightening steel pipe after acid washing, sending into the cold rolling mill for rolling at a rolling speed of 0.3-0.4 m/second, repeating straightening, acid washing, cold rolling step, obtaining the stainless steel pipe; performing surface sand blasting treatment to the stainless steel pipe, spraying for 5-10 minutes under the pressure of 0.6-0.8 MPa, transferring the stainless steel pipe into the vacuum atmosphere furnace, introducing hydrogen chloride and ammonia gas into the vacuum atmosphere furnace, where the mixed gas composed of nitrogen, controlling the atmosphere temperature at 500-550 °C, reacting for 1-2 hours to obtain the pre-treated stainless steel pipe; taking the pre-treated stainless steel pipe, using solid powder aluminizing agent to perform surface aluminizing treatment for 2.5-3.5 hours at 550-600 °C to obtain the aluminized stainless steel pipe; taking the aluminized stainless steel pipe, preparing corrosion resistant coating, coating the corrosion resistant coating on the surface, transferring into a vacuum drying box for baking at 60 °C for 5-6 hours to obtain the finished product steel pipe, cutting and packaging.
