NOVELTY - A crack-resistant waterproof coating comprises 28-39 pts. wt. silica gel emulsion, 10-18 pts. wt. acrylic resin, 7-15 pts. wt. ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer, 5-12 pts. wt. epoxy resin, 0.3-1.8 pts. wt. graphene, 5-10 pts. wt. glass fiber, 3-8 pts. wt. methylcellulose, 2-5 pts. wt. glass beads, 10-15 pts. wt. high-viscosity attapulgite clay, 12-16 pts. wt. glyceryl stearate, 8-17 pts. wt. filler, 3-6 pts. wt. defoamer, and certain amount of water. USE - Crack-resistant waterproof coating used in building. ADVANTAGE - The waterproof coating has excellent crack resistance and anti-falling effect, and improves the safety and durability of building. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for production of crack-resistant waterproof coating, which involves (i) adding acrylic resin and ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer to a reactor, adding 5-10 times polymer, mixing at 80-90 degrees C for 20-30 minutes, adding graphene, and stirring for 1-2 hours to obtain product (a), (ii) adding methyl cellulose to a container, adding water at 10-20 degrees C, stirring for 1-2 hours to obtain a transparent solution, (iii) mixing epoxy resin, glass fiber, high-viscosity attapulgite clay, glyceryl stearate, and filler with product (a), placing in a shear machine, shearing and dispersing at 2000-2500 rpm for 10-20 minutes to obtain a mixture (b), (iv) adding transparent solution to the mixture (b), adding silicone emulsion, glass beads, and defoamer, uniformly mixing, and ultrasonically dispersing the mixture for 10-30 minutes.
