NOVELTY - Two-dimensional inorganic layered compound precursor is reduced into nanosheets using solvent with peeling energy, such that the layered compound is provided with positive charge, to obtain positively-charged layered compound solution. Obtained solution and negatively-charged graphene oxide solution are mixed, supernatant is decanted, centrifuged, and washed, to obtain two-dimensional inorganic layered compound/graphene composite material (A). Obtained composite material is reduced, to obtain two-dimensional inorganic layered compound/graphene composite material (B). USE - Preparation of two-dimensional inorganic layered compound/graphene composite material used for catalytic and electrochemical energy storage. ADVANTAGE - The two-dimensional inorganic layered compound/graphene composite material having excellent electroconductivity and stability, is manufactured. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Two-dimensional inorganic layered compound precursor is reduced into nanosheets using solvent with peeling energy, such that the layered compound is provided with positive charge, to obtain positively-charged layered compound solution. The mass ratio of layered compound and solvent in positively-charged layered compound solution is 1:1-1:20. Positively-charged layered compound solution and negatively-charged graphene oxide solution are mixed, supernatant is decanted, centrifuged, and washed, to obtain two-dimensional inorganic layered compound/graphene composite material (A). Obtained composite material is reduced, to obtain two-dimensional inorganic layered compound/graphene composite material (B). The mass ratio of layered compound and solvent is 1:1-1:20.
