▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Repairing polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbon (PAH)-contaminated soil using graphene oxide to strengthen Pseudomonas aeruginosa, comprises activating Pseudomonas aeruginosa, adding the graphene oxide aqueous solution, performing mixed culturing, inoculating into the PAH-contaminated soil to be repaired, achieving the biodegradation of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons in polluted soil. USE - The method is useful for repairing polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbon-contaminated soil using graphene oxide to strengthen Pseudomonas aeruginosa. ADVANTAGE - The method has high polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbon removing rate, ideal repairing effect, low technical requirement, simple operation, green and environment-friendly, low cost of organic polluted soil repairing technology, and has high-efficiency biodegradation of polluted soil PAHs, uses GO as the biological reinforced repairing material.
