NOVELTY - Biomass-based graphene reinforced degradable polymer composite material comprises 40-97 pts. wt. degradable polymer, 0.1-10 pts. wt. biomass-based graphene, 1-30 pts. wt. modified filling agent, and 1-20 pts. wt. processing auxiliary agent. USE - Used as the biomass-based graphene reinforced degradable polymer composite material. ADVANTAGE - The method: realizes the high-efficiency conversion of natural biomass carbon material-biomass-based graphene; realizes the control of graphene sheet layer structure and surface chemical properties. The graphitized structure: has low thickness and high regularity, and has high mechanical properties. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing the biomass-based graphene reinforced degradable polymer composite material comprising (a) adding natural biomass materials and water into reactor, and heating under microwave assisted heating under agitation to obtain dispersion containing graphene precursors, (b) filtering the dispersion liquid containing graphene precursor, and drying to obtain graphene precursor, which is placed in high-temperature carbonization device for carbonizing to obtain biomass-based graphene, (c) adding the degradable polymer, modified filling agent, processing auxiliary agent and biomass-based graphene into melt mixing equipment for mixing to obtain graphene/polymer composition, and (d) adding graphene/polymer composition and degradable polymer, modified filling agent and processing auxiliary agent into blending equipment for blending.
