▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - The method involves supplying an oxide graphene ink (20) to a nozzle. The nozzle is moved on a predetermined path of a substrate by moving the nozzle along a predetermined pathway on the substrate while discharging the ink out of the nozzle. An oxide graphene nano pattern is printed corresponding to movement route of the nozzle. Thermochemical reduction treatment of a printed oxidized graphene nano-pattern is performed, where the nano pattern is printed as the sheets that are laminated by evaporation of the solvent within in meniscus formed between the nozzle and the substrate. USE - Method for printing a oxidized graphene nano-pattern on an electronic device. Uses include but are not limited to smartphone, digital camera, DVD, LCD and compliant physical chemistry sensor lamp. ADVANTAGE - The method enables performing thermochemical reduction treatment of the printed oxidized graphene nano-pattern so as to print the oxidized graphene pattern or a graphene pattern including nano-size of less than 1 micron without matrix for maintaining shape of the graphene.
